What we collect

Name, email, phone, country, flight and accommodation details you provide to deliver a service. Card data is entered directly into Authorize.net and never touches our servers.

How we use it

To deliver and support your bookings, share the necessary details with your assigned host or driver, send confirmations and service updates, and, if you opt in, occasional offers.

Sharing

Only with the host, driver and providers involved in your service, our payment processor, and when required by law. We never sell personal data.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data from your account or by writing to hello@medellinhostess.com. Colombian Law 1581 of 2012 and applicable US regulations apply.
