What Provenza is

Provenza is a few tree-lined blocks inside El Poblado, centered on Carrera 35 and Calle 8, where Medellín concentrates its best restaurants, cocktail bars, boutiques and rooftops. On weekend nights the streets close to traffic and become a long open-air terrace. Most travelers who stay in El Poblado end up here every evening.

Getting there

From the airport it is the same 45 to 60 minute ride as the rest of El Poblado, from $67 USD with a private transfer. Inside the city, a private driver by the hour is the comfortable way to go out and get back late without waiting for apps.
