Birthdays and anniversaries, bachelor and bachelorette weekends, corporate offsites, incentive trips, small conferences, product launches and private dinners. The team behind Medellín Hostess has planned meetings and group travel for more than 30 years; our founder is a Certified Meeting Professional. That means real contracts with venues, a run-of-show, and someone on site the whole time, not a WhatsApp group with a promoter.
Every event is quoted from scratch. Tell us the date, the number of guests, the type of event and a budget range, and within 24 hours you receive a proposal with options and a total. Deposits and balances are paid by card from your account; supplier invoices are passed through at cost with our coordination fee stated separately, so you always see where the money goes.
Two to four weeks for a dinner or a night out for a group, six to eight weeks for a corporate event or a weekend with several venues, longer in December and during the Flower Festival in August, when Medellín is full.

Excellent Girls Trip
Travel can be challenging but working with a professional agency like Medellín Group had many advantages I could not have secured on my own. These guys were the real deal and have access to everything you need while in Medellín. My girlfriends and I spent a few days in Guatapé at the Mega Mansión which I highly recommend. There was so much to do there from the pool, our DJ, private chef and outdoor activities that we only spent 1 day on a private helicopter tour and private boat on the lake. Hands down a 10 star experience. I highly recommend Medellín Group for the best experience.
