1. Bookings

A booking is confirmed once payment is approved and a confirmation email with a reference number (MH-XXXXXX) is sent. Quote-only services are confirmed when the proposal is accepted and paid.

2. Prices

Prices are in US dollars and include the services described on each service page. Extras are itemized before payment. Meals, entrance tickets and tips are not included unless stated.

3. Cancellations and refunds

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the service start time, refunded to the original card. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice or no-shows are not refundable. Flight delays do not count as cancellations: we track your flight and adjust.

4. Changes

Date, time and passenger changes can be requested from your account or WhatsApp up to 24 hours before the service, subject to availability.

5. Conduct

Hosts and drivers may end a service without refund in case of abusive, illegal or unsafe behavior.

6. Liability

We act as the organizer of the services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service.
